Luddie Oliveira started working in the Executive Search area in 2007, when he joined the Brazilian operation of one of the largest multinational companies in the executive recruitment and selection sector, where he was responsible for recruiting middle and senior management in the Engineering, Manufacturing divisions. and Supply Chain in the interior of São Paulo. Joined EXEC in 2014 as an Associate in the Campinas operation, Luddie led Recruitment and Selection projects for national and multinational companies in different segments.
She is currently Director of Operations leading the research team in the Industry, Agribusiness and Infrastructure Cluster.
