EXEC, in partnership with Huddle Brasil, developed the female leadership program “As Executivas do Amanhã”, a mentoring project with the objective of connecting young university students with important executives in Brazil.

It was designed to meet a greater need for gender inclusion and diversity in companies, a theme to which EXEC is extremely committed and which it wants to help change.

In the As Executivas do Amanhã program, female university students from the second year of any undergraduate course across the country go through several eliminatory stages and those chosen participate in a mentoring process with successful female executives from various sectors


Promoting debate and the exchange of ideas about the most diverse and relevant topics that can enrich experiences in the corporate universe is the main objective of HR Talks, events organized by EXEC.

Always bringing a topic of the highest relevance in the year, HR Talks is a closed and exclusive event for great HR leaders. It features lectures, exchanges of experiences, dynamics, a question and answer panel, conversations, among other activities given by the members of the Leadership Advisory area: Mariana Villalva, Thais Pegoraro and Cintia Bortoto.

In the 2021 edition, the theme was Diversity & Inclusion, bringing to light the perceptions, opinions and ideas of senior management executives on the subject.


Board Talks is an event conceived and developed by EXEC that brings together professional advisors, business leaders, investors and people interested in becoming advisors for a debate on the most recent and relevant trends and actions in the Board Services segment and Councils in general.
