João has a degree in International Relations, with a specialization in Business Management from IBMEC – RJ. He started his career in the Financial market working as a Financial Advisor for a renowned financial institution and later migrated to the Executive Search area. With more than 6 years of experience with R&S processes, he has structured his career in multinationals in the segment, having extensive experience in the areas of Finance, Tax, Legal, Banking and Insurance. His last position before migrating to EXEC was as Head of the Legal area of a multinational in the sector.
Today as Engagement Manager at EXEC, he is based in the SP office in the Industry practice.
