ilian Guimarães is an executive with more than 30 years of experience in the area of People Management with a career mainly in the financial market, where she led several projects focused on the importance of human capital in business management, making HR a strategic partner in these processes.
Between 2000 and 2015, she held the position of Vice President of Human Resources in two renowned organizations: Natura, from 2013 to 2015 and at ABN Amro-Real and Santander between 2000 and 2013. years 2002 and 2014. She is currently a Board Member, Consultant and Mentor for professionals from different areas. Additionally, she works as a volunteer at ABRH-SP; on the NGO People’s Council and Committee.
Graduated in Business Administration from FGV, with a specialization in HR from the same institution and graduated in coaching from Instituto Ecosocial. Graduated as a Counselor by Fundação Dom Cabral and post-graduated in Hospitality by Senac-SP.
Lilian won the Você RH Magazine Award for the Best HR Professional in Banks three times and, in 2014, by the same publication, she was elected the Best HR Professional in the Consumer Goods, Hygiene and Beauty sector. In addition, she was listed for 10 consecutive years in the survey of the most admired HR professionals in Brazil by Grupo Gestão RH.
Currently, Lilian is part of the Advisory Board of EXEC.
