Lilian Guimarães is an executive with more than 30 years of experience in People Management with a career in the financial market, where she led several projects focused on the importance of human capital in business management, making HR a strategic partner in these processes.
Between 2000 and 2015 she held the position of Vice-President of Human Resources in two renowned organizations: Natura, from 2013 to 2015 and at ABN Amro-Real and Santander Banks between 2000 and 2013. Entrepreneur, she was partner-founder of Kuriuwa Hotel among 2002 and 2014. She is currently Board Advisory, Consultant and Mentor of Professionals in different areas. In addition, she acts as a volunteer at ABRH-SP; in the Board and NGO People Committee.
Graduated in Business Administration from FGV, with specialization in HR from the same institution and has a degree in coaching by Instituto Ecosocial. Graduated as Counselor by Fundação Dom Cabral and postgraduate in Hospitality by Senac-SP.

Daniel Cunha is an administrator of companies with an emphasis on marketing by ESPM and a post-graduate degree in business administration from FGV-SP. His career base was developed over more than 10 years dedicated to the management of products and services in the financial market, with operations in BankBoston / Bank of America and Citigroup.
Daniel is board member of EXEC, and has been working in the Recruitment and Executive Selection market for 17 years, with a long transition from a large multinational to an Executive Director and many years as Managing Director of EXEC and in his career has already conducted relevant Recruitment and Succession projects for the largest organizations in the country. His training as a "Coach" was based on the methodology of the ICF - International Coach Federation.
Carlos Eduardo Altona is an executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience, having held leadership positions at important technology companies and at one of the largest global Human Resources consultancies.
Co-Founder of EXEC, Cadu is one of the most experienced HR consultants in Brazil. Throughout his career, he has interviewed over 17000 executives and led various search, remuneration, training and development projects for national and multinational companies in their sectors.
Certificated in Coaching under International Coaching Federation’s methodology, Cadu counts more than 1000 hours in executive coaching processes. Graduated in Business Administration from Mackenzie, and with an MBA from IBMEC, he also holds a course for Board Advisors at IBGC. Cadu serves as a Board Member, lecturer and professor of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Rodrigo Forte is an entrepreneur, consultant and executive with more than 20 years of experience in consulting companies, having founded, developed and led two of the most important search and development operations of executives in Brazil. A founding partner of EXEC and a career in Human Resources since 2001, Rodrigo was one of the first executives to work with specialized recruitment in Brazil. Throughout his career, Rodrigo has led several contracting, remuneration, training and development projects for Brazilian companies and multinational reference in their sectors, always in a role of advising their clients and executives involved.
Rodrigo has a law degree from PUC / SP and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV / SP, as well as a Coaching training course from ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute since 2009 and from the IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Governance Corporate. Fábio Cassab is an administrator formed by PUC / Campinas and post-graduate in marketing from Universidade Paulista. His career base was developed in the areas of operations and business in large multinational industries.
His work in human resources began in 2009, with his entry into the Brazilian operation of one of the largest multinational companies in the sector of recruitment and selection of executives, where he led the practices of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and civil construction. Partner of EXEC, Fábio is one of the main executives working with specialized recruitment in Brazil. Throughout his career, he has led several contracting projects for national and multinational companies in their sectors.
André Freire graduated in Civil Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá (Brazil), has a MBA from FGV (Brazil), a Post-Graduation degree in Business from Kellogg School of Management (USA) and in Management of People from INSEAD (France). He is a certified Coach from SBC, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Before joining EXEC, André was Managing Partner & CEO of British Executive Search firm Odgers Berndtson in Brazil. André had an Executive career in large industrial conglomerates, reaching the CEO Latin America roles for Gilbarco-Veeder Root (Danaher Corp) and Terex Corporation.
André is member and director of the Brazilian chapter at YPO – Young Presidents Organization and board member of two family owned companies.
Camila Marion holds a degree in Food Engineering from UNICAMP and an MBA in Finance and Business Planning from FGV. She has the International Certification in Barrett Culture Consulting - CCT - Practitioner (Certified Consultant Barrett Values Center).
Her first years of career were in the technical area, where she was the leader of continuous improvement projects and manufacturing operations at BRF.
Since 2007, she has worked with Executive Search, having started up and led practices in a large multinational, including its top management division. Prior to joining EXEC, Camila was Vice President and Head of FESA's Campinas operation, conducting projects for various market segments, particularly Agribusiness and Consumer Goods.
Camila is President of the Executive Women Committee of AMCHAM, in Campinas.
Marcus Giorgi holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from FAAP (SP) and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Hartford in the United States. He began his career in Executive Search in 2016, where he brings more than 24 years of experience in management and top management positions in sales and marketing in the most varied verticals of the industry, with emphasis on more than 15 years in IT and Telecommunications. He also worked as a Strategic Consultant for Accenture in B2C projects and also as an Entrepreneur and Executive in the entertainment and sports segments. Award-winning member of the AMA (American Marketing Association), Marcus served as chair of the WTC Business Club CMO Committee for 5 years from 2010 to 2015.
Until June 2016, Marcus served as CA Technologies' Senior Vice President of Marketing for Latin America for 4 years, SAP Marketing Director for 5 years and also worked for VIVO, Diveo, CIE and Alcatel in managerial and board positions. Currently, Marcus is a partner of EXEC, responsible for Technology & Telecom, Consultancy and Media practices.
Mariana Villalva holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo and is certified in Coaching by ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute, accredited by the I.C.F. (International Coach Federation). She began her career as a trainee at Grupo Abril, where she later served as Marketing and Events Manager. She made her transition to the Executive Search area in 2008 in the Brazilian operation of one of the largest global companies in the sector. For eight years, Mariana worked in the Talent and Career Management area in a multinational American company referred to in such activities. Mariana is also the founder and President of the "GARH" group, one of the largest and most influential groups of HR executives in Brazil, with the main role of discussing strategic issues relevant to the area. Mariana also has training in Coaching by ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute, accredited by I.C.F. (International Coach Federation).

Lucio is an Administrator with a degree from Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree from IBMEC (now INSPER). He began his career in Big Four company, as external auditor of large multinational companies. He also had the opportunity to perform due diligence and M & A work, complementing his passage with major internal control projects at PwC and EY. He spent the year in Unibanco and Danone, where he worked in the Financial Planning area and since 2012 he has been the Manager of a specialized recruitment multinational where he has led the hiring of senior executives in the areas of Finance and Taxes.
Thais holds a law degree from Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property and in New Technologies, as well as an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec - SP. Her current certifications are in Life, Positive, Professional, Executive and Carrer Coaching by the Brazilian Society of Coaching, in addition to being Alpha Assessment Specialist by World Ethics Corporation - USA.
She began her career as a lawyer for large business groups and law firms. After a professional transition, she has consolidated more than 10 years of experience in Executive Search and Human Development at the largest multinational in the recruitment sector with operations in Brazil, and also in front of her own consulting and coaching boutique for career and business.
Thais is also a Brazilian record holder at the time execution of the “Seven Cumes Project”, the rock and ice climb of the 7 largest mountains in each continent, including Everest. 3 times TED Speaker in Brazil, she will launch her book by Companhia das Letras about the backstage of this record.

Cintia Bortotto has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from PUC-SP, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, as well as a Coaching certification from ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute since 2011 and Administrative Advisor from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC). She also holds the International Barrett Culture Consulting Certification (CCT).
Prior to joining EXEC she built her career of more than 24 years of experience in Technology and Human Resources, as an Executive at Multinationals, leading national, regional and global teams in Top Management positions in large companies. Entrepreneur, she had her own company where she acted as consultant on issues mainly related to Leadership Advisory in various segments of the market. Since 2015 has been dedicated to the cultural transformation of companies preparing them for digital transformation - 2017/2018. Cintia also works as a post-graduate teacher and newspaper columnist.
Ricardo Welikson is a business administrator with more than 16 years of experience at the commercial area and at business development in different sectors, with international academic and professional experience - studied in Michigan, USA and most recently worked in Monterrey, northern Mexico . He has already worked at big companies such as ABN Amro Bank, IBM, Michael Page and Estácio, and in this last one, was Director of New Business and Entrepreneurship.
Ricardo was Head of technical areas of a multinational recruitment company in Rio de Janeiro and led the Engineering & Manufacturing, Construction, O & G and Supply Chain & Procurement sectors.
Graduated in Actuarial Sciences from PUC / SP, member of the Brazilian Institute of Actuaries and Coach from the Brazilian Coaching Society. He started his career at a national insurance broker, later migrating to global companies such as Mercer and Willis Towers Watson, where he was responsible for technical and consulting areas for more than 15 years working in Brazil and the USA. In 2012 he came to the executive recruitment area, having been a partner and Vice President at FESA and a director at KORN FERRY, working in the structure of Financial Services, Insurance and Real State of these consultancies.
He was also a professor in postgraduate courses in the insurance area and a speaker at specialized events in his sectors.
Danylo Hayakawa holds a degree in Economics from UNICAMP and a MBA in Finance from FIA. He had an experience in the agribusiness sector, having worked at Cargill for seven years, performing leadership roles inside the company, including an internacional assignement at Cargill´s headquarter in Geneva (Switzerland) for one year, focusing in structured finance/treasury and risk management. Since 2009, he have been working with recruitment inside big multinational companies of the segment.
Over these more than ten years of experience, he acted in various senior leadership roles inside these companies.
Guilherme is an administrator, graduated from PUC, and has ten years of experience as a headhunter. Before joining EXEC, Guilherme worked in the finance and controllership sectors of several national and multinational companies and served as a headhunter in renowned multinationals in the Executive Search sector, recruiting for finance, financial markets & Investment Banking, Technology, Telecom, and Services.

Electronic Engineer by FEI with an MBA in Business Management at ESAN; Master's Degree in Administration, focusing on Technological Innovation, from UNINOVE, and with an international specialization in Strategy and Digital Transformation at the University of Michigan. Sergio is currently a doctoral student at USP-POLI, dedicating himself to developing a Digital Transformation Methodology to unlock and accelerate Brazilian SMEs.
In 2019, he sought some certifications, including in his curriculum one of the most important for his current area of expertise, the Innovation Advisor – C2i, made at Gonew.Co. And in 2020 he was named Executive of the Year in Digital and Cultural Transformation.

Roberto Picino is an executive with over 25 years in the market, having worked in multinational companies mainly in the commercial area to develop ERP systems, banks, and insurance companies. After a career migration, he consolidated his career in Executive Search.
Picino has a degree in Business Administration from PUC/SP with an international academic exchange at the Autonomous University of Madrid-Spain, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, with extensions in Business Evaluation FIA-USP and Economic and Financial Management from Dom Cabral.
He's worked for over 16 years in the Executive Selection market as a headhunter, manager and Executive Director/Board Member of the international consultancy Page Group in Brazil. Picino gathers experiences in selecting executives nationwide and expanding the old house.

Fabiana is a Phonoaudiologist trained by PUC-SP and has 15 years of experience in recruiting and evaluating executives. She has passed through the FESA in verticals of consumer goods, luxury, media and entertainment, pharmaceutical market and financial market. Subsequently, she was a partner of the Search RH consultancy. She has extensive experience conducting consulting projects of market mapping, strategic compensation, and recruitment and selection of Executives.

Luddie Oliveira began her career in the area of human resources in 2007, with her entry into the Brazilian operation of one of the largest multinational companies in the recruitment and selection of executives sector, where she was responsible for the recruitment in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain divisions in the interior from Sao Paulo. Carla Queiroz is a Business Administrator at the Methodist University of São Paulo, with an MBA in Business Management with emphasis on Development and Management of People by FGV. Her work in the area of human resources began in 2005 in a renowned consultancy, focusing on Human Development projects for large companies in a wide range of segments.

Daniella Stuart is an engineer graduated from the Mauá Engineering School in 2010. She began her career in Human Resources in 2011, joining Hays Consulting developing her expertise in recruiting and selecting middle to senior management. After that she worked at Randstad Professionals and Passos e Passos when she left the consulting market and went to Nestlé Skin Health to act as Talent Acquisition and also in people development projects.

Patricia is a Psychologist graduated from PUCCAMP, has a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has built a career of more than 20 years in Human Resources. Before joining Exec, worked in a multinational Technology industry for 12 years. Moved between the strategic areas of OHD and Talent Acquisition, led global projects, acquired strong experience in market mapping, identification and attraction of talents for several countries of Latin and North America.

João has a degree in International Relations, with a specialization in Business Management from IBMEC - RJ. He started his career in the Financial market acting as Financial Advisor for a renowned financial institution and later migrated to the area of Executive Search. With more than 6 years of experience with TA processes, he structured his career in Multinationals in the segment, having great experience in the areas of Finance, Tax, Legal, Banking and Insurance. His last position before migrating to EXEC was recruiting as Head of Legal department for a multinational in the sector.
Today as a Senior Associate of EXEC, he is based in the SP office in Industry practice.
Rafael graduated in Communication from Hanover College, in Indiana – USA through a scholarship attached to his sport performance, in addition to having a specialization in Business Administration from the same institution. With international academic and corporate experiences in countries such as the United States, Australia and Mexico, he returned to Brazil in 2018 and has been part of the Executive Search universe ever since. Before joining EXEC, Rafael was responsible for leading middle and senior management recruitment projects for the Sales & Marketing area in a specialized consultancy. Furthermore, he worked for a Consumer Goods multinational company as Talent Acquisition.
