Roselaine has a degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management. In his career, he has accumulated almost 20 years of professional experience in HR. His career was developed at Page Group, a large multinational consultancy, where he spent about 16 years. He moved in several areas of HR, led the customer service area for the Temporary and Outsourced cell and over the years acquired strong experience in identifying and attracting talent for positions at all levels: middle, top management, management support, temporary workers and third parties in various practices.
Currently as an EXEC Consultant, Roselaine accumulates the position of Head of Operations and is a member of the EXEC Diversity & Inclusion Committee, based in the SP office.
