Roberto Picino is an executive with more than 25 years in the market, having worked in multinational companies predominantly in the commercial area in the sectors of ERP systems development, banks and insurance companies. After a career migration, he consolidated his career in Executive Search.
Picino holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC/SP with an international academic exchange at the Autonomous University of Madrid-Spain, an MBA in Commercial Management from FGV, with extensions in Business Evaluation from FIA-USP and Economic-Financial Management from Dom Cabral.
He worked for more than 16 years in the Executive Selection market, as a headhunter, manager and Executive Director/Board Member of the international consultancy Page Group in Brazil. Picino gathers experiences selecting executives for companies nationwide in the process of expanding the old house.
In addition to training as a Leader Coach by ICI, he was also certified in best practices in Corporate Governance by IBGC-SP to better serve the niche of family businesses in Brazil.
Currently, Picino is a Partner at EXEC.
