Ricardo Welikson is a business administrator with more than 16 years of experience in the commercial and business development area in different sectors, with international academic and professional experience – he studied in Michigan, in the USA, and more recently, worked in Monterrey, in the north of Mexico . He has worked at major companies such as ABN Amro Bank, IBM, Michael Page and Estácio, being, in the latter, Director of New Business and Entrepreneurship.

Ricardo was Head of the technical areas of a multinational recruitment company in Rio de Janeiro and led the Engineering & Manufacturing, Construction, O&G and Supply Chain & Procurement sectors.

Currently, Ricardo is a Partner at EXEC.
