Mariana holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Instituto de Administração in São Paulo and has been working with executive selection since 2017. Before joining Exec, Mariana was a Human Resources Trainee at a multinational in the logistics segment, an opportunity in which she had her first contact the Talent Acquision area. In 2018, already in the Executive Selection Consulting career, she led multi-sector projects considering both local and global scopes of work. In addition, she also worked in Organizational Human Development projects.
Since 2021, she has been part of the Exec team as a Senior Associate, based in São Paulo, meeting the demands of the Services, Financial Services and Technology sectors.
