Marcelo Ribeiro

Business Administrator graduated from Mackenzie University, with an MBA from FGV-SP in Business Management. He is certified in Ontological Coaching by Newfield Network in Chile and also in the DeepDiverstity methodology by Anima Leadership in Canada. His last position was as a partner at Corall Consultoria.

He previously held local and regional Human Resources positions, having been HR Business Partner and Head of Talent at companies such as Becton Dickinson, Zurich Seguros and UBS. He was also a Human Capital consultant for six years at Mercer.

Marcelo founded the profile/movement @respeitotododia on Instagram, which aims to raise awareness of issues of inclusion, diversity and empathy. With his colleagues, Marcelo also facilitated masculinities reflection groups.

Currently, Marcelo is a Partner at EXEC, leader of the Diversity and Inclusion practice, in addition to dedicating himself to coaching, mentoring and leadership development projects. He is married to Luciano, without children.
