Lúcio is an administrator graduated from Mackenzie, post-graduated from IBMEC (currently INSPER). He began his career at the Big Four company, as an external auditor for large multinational companies. He had the opportunity to also carry out due diligence and M&A work, complementing his stint with major internal controls projects at PwC and EY. He worked at Unibanco and Danone, where he worked in the Financial Planning area and since 2012 he has been the Manager of a multinational specialized in recruitment, where he led the hiring of senior executives in the Finance and Tax areas.
Currently, Lúcio is a Partner at EXEC.
