Jessica has a degree in psychology, pursuing a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and People Management.
She has 10 years of experience with recruitment and selection, 7 of which with Executive Search. She worked at Asap and Wings in the automotive, consumer goods, agribusiness and financial market segments. Subsequently, she worked for 02 years as Talent Acquisition and Diversity and Inclusion in a large multinational in the pulp and paper segment.
