Danylo Hayakawa has a degree in Economics from UNICAMP and an MBA in Finance from FIA. He had experience in the agribusiness segment, working for seven years at Cargill, where he reached leadership positions, including being expatriated for a year to the Geneva unit, in Switzerland, always developing work in the areas of finance, structured treasury and risks. Since 2009 he has been working in the recruitment market, having worked for large multinationals in the segment. During these more than ten years in the industry, he has held several senior leadership positions in these companies.
Currently, Danylo is a Partner at EXEC.
